From "Lost" to In Jail Without No Bail Rodriguez Gets 6 Months For Probation Violation

Los Angeles Superior Court judge has sentenced former "Lost" star Michelle Rodriguez to six months in jail for failing to complete the community service and alcohol monitoring required by her probation sentence.
Judge Daviann L. Mitchell said that Rodriguez has to start serving the sentence on Christmas Eve.
In addition to the jail time, she has to do that full 30 days of community service, which could include cleaning streets and highways. Rodriguez violated her probation from a Los Angeles drunken driving case when she was picked up on suspicion of DUI in 2005 in Hawaii, where she was shooting "Lost."
Rodriguez appeared on the show for one season, from 2005 to 2006, before her character, Ana-Lucia Cortez, was killed off of the series.
The actress has also starred in such films as "The Fast and the Furious," "Blue Crush" and "S.W.A.T."
Rodriguez, 29, also has a starring role in director James Cameron's sci-fi thriller "Avatar," set for a 2009 release.
