O.J. SIMPSON APPEARING IN COURT

Simpson has appeared in a Nevada court yesterday to face charges of aggravated assault, kidnapping and 11 other felonies stemming from an alleged armed robbery in a Sin City hotel room. A judge is set to determine whether there is enough evidence for a trial. Three of Simpson’s co-defendants have already came forward to accept plea bargains and testify against the ex football great. If the judge decides that a trial may proceed, the case may not begin until 2008. The preliminary hearing today may continue into today and even Saturday.
