Dr. Jan Adams the doctor who operated on Donda West, 58, the mother of hip-hop artist Kanye West who died Saturday at a Los Angeles hospital from what the coroner's office described as "complications of surgery" tv series "Plastic Surgery: Before and After," has been pulled by the cable network The Discovery Health. Dr. Jan Adams hosted "Plastic Surgery" for five years until its final episode, which aired in June. An official cause of death won't be made for six to eight weeks, pending further tests.
