Here's someone we haven't heard from in many years until he was arrested on a domestic violence dispute. Well El DeBarge has been released from jail and he says that he is working on a comeback. The 46 year old is known for being in and out of jail over the past several years for vandalism and drugs. El DeBarge says after 15 years he is ready to release his first album with the help of Producer/Singer Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds.
